預(yù)付費(fèi)射頻卡售電管理系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程是：首先給用戶安裝電能表，然后用戶到營業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)申請開戶，再次營業(yè)員根據(jù)用戶信息開戶辦卡，同時可以辦理交款售電，用戶帶回售電卡往電能表刷卡。
